Takes about two minutes
Place the order, open your banking app, pay a saved payee. That is the whole process.
Nothing extra to pay
No card surcharge and no processing fee. The total you are quoted is the amount you transfer.
No card details collected
We never ask for a card number, and there is nothing stored on our side to leak.
The four steps
-
Place your order
Add what you need to the cart and check out with your delivery details. Nothing is charged at this point — you are telling us what to hold for you.
-
Read your payment details
The confirmation screen shows the account to pay, the exact amount, and your order reference. The same details are emailed to you, so you can pay from your phone later.
-
Transfer from your banking app
Pay to the BSB and account number shown, for the exact total, with your order reference in the reference or description field.
-
We match it and ship
Your transfer is matched to your order by its reference. We release the batch, pack it, and email your tracking number.
Where to find our account details
For security, our account details are not published on this page. They are shown to you in two places, both tied to your specific order:
- On the confirmation screen immediately after you place the order. It stays valid — bookmark it and come back to it.
- In your confirmation email, sent to the address you gave at checkout.
If someone contacts you claiming our account details have changed, do not pay them. Nothing in a message or a phone call overrides what is on your order confirmation, and if you are unsure, contact the lab before you send anything.
Two things to get right
Put your order reference in the transfer. It looks like GL-10482 and it is on your confirmation. Your reference is what ties the money to your order — without it, your payment sits unmatched until someone works out whose it is.
Send the exact amount, to the cent. If your order comes to $248.50, transfer $248.50. A short payment cannot be shipped and an over-payment has to be refunded, and both cost you a day.
After you pay
- Within a few hours — most transfers between Australian banks clear the same day. A transfer sent late in the evening, or from a bank that still batches overnight, may not land until the next business day.
- Once it clears — we confirm the lot for every vial in your order is released and its certificate published, then pack it.
- On dispatch — your tracking number is emailed to you. See shipping and returns for delivery times.
Orders are held for seven days. If nothing arrives by then we release the stock back to the catalog and email you — you are welcome to order again, and nothing is charged in the meantime.
Why bank transfer
Card processing for research chemicals is unreliable: acquirers drop suppliers in this category with little notice, and mid-order failures are the norm rather than the exception. A bank transfer is settled between your bank and ours, with no third party who can decide halfway through an order that the category is not for them. It also costs less to run, which is why there is no surcharge on the price you were quoted.
Paying from New Zealand or overseas
We ship to Australia and New Zealand. If your bank account is outside Australia, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what your bank needs — international transfers carry fees at both ends and take longer to clear, and we would rather quote you properly than have you guess.
Bank transfer is the only payment method we accept. We never ask for card details, cryptocurrency, or payment through a third party, and we will never contact you to say our account details have changed.
