1. What these products are

The compounds we supply are research chemicals. They are synthesised for use as tool compounds in laboratory experiments — receptor binding assays, cell culture work, analytical method development and comparable in-vitro applications.

They are not manufactured to pharmaceutical standards. They are not sterile-filled for injection. They have not been evaluated by the FDA, EMA, MHRA, TGA or any comparable authority for safety or efficacy in humans or animals. No product on this site is approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease or condition.

2. What these products are not

They are expressly not:

• Medicines, prescription drugs or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals
• Dietary supplements, nutraceuticals or foods
• Cosmetics or personal care products
• Veterinary products of any description
• Suitable or intended for injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or any other route of administration to a human or animal

Some compounds we supply share a name with an approved medicine. This does not make our material a substitute for it. Approved medicines are manufactured under GMP, sterile-filled, dose-standardised, formulated with appropriate excipients and dispensed under medical supervision. Research material is none of those things, and treating it as equivalent is dangerous.

3. Who may purchase

By placing an order you represent and certify that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a qualified researcher, or acting under the direction of one, purchasing on behalf of a research entity — a university, hospital, contract research organisation, commercial laboratory or comparable body;
3. You possess the training, equipment and facilities to handle research chemicals safely;
4. You will use the material exclusively for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research;
5. You will not administer it, or permit it to be administered, to any human or animal;
6. You will not resell, distribute, relabel or repackage it for human or veterinary use, or as a supplement, cosmetic or medicine;
7. You are responsible for confirming that possession, import and use of the compound is lawful in your jurisdiction.

These are conditions of sale, not marketing language. We verify institutional details, and we may request documentation before dispatch.

4. Prohibited uses

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in order cancellation and, where appropriate, a report to the relevant authorities:

• Any administration to humans or animals, including self-administration
• Resale or supply to any person for human or veterinary use
• Relabelling, repackaging or reformulating as a supplement, cosmetic or medicine
• Use in the manufacture of any product intended for human or animal consumption
• Any marketing, advertising or representation of these materials as fit for human use
• Use in any application prohibited by applicable law

5. What we will not provide

We do not, under any circumstances, supply:

• Human or veterinary dosing guidance, protocols, schedules or "cycles"
• Advice on routes, sites or techniques of administration to a living subject
• Claims, testimonials or anecdotes concerning outcomes in people
• Any medical, clinical or health advice whatsoever

Requests of this nature will not be answered, and repeated requests may result in an account being closed. This is not obstruction — our staff are chemists and logistics personnel, not clinicians, and any such guidance from us would be both unlawful and unsafe.

If you have a health concern, consult a licensed physician. A qualified doctor can assess your situation, prescribe a pharmaceutical-grade product where appropriate, and monitor you. A research chemical supplier cannot do any of those things, and any supplier who offers to is one you should not buy from.

6. Handling and safety

Research chemicals should be handled by trained personnel using appropriate controls — gloves, eye protection, a lab coat, and adequate ventilation when weighing powders. Toxicological profiles for many of these compounds are incompletely characterised. Treat every material as potentially hazardous, and dispose of it in accordance with your institution's chemical waste procedures. 7. Legal and regulatory responsibility

Laws governing research chemicals differ substantially between countries, and between states or provinces within them. Some compounds we list may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. Determining this is your responsibility before ordering.

We do not provide legal advice and cannot advise on your local regulatory position. Where an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled to a destination, we cancel and refund it. Orders seized or refused entry by customs are not refundable where the buyer failed to verify local requirements. See shipping & returns.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without obligation to explain, to refuse or cancel any order, to require documentation before dispatch, to close accounts, and to report to the appropriate authorities any attempt to obtain these materials for human or veterinary administration or for unlawful purposes.

9. Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy in full, alongside our Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these conditions, do not order.
